Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in manpower monitoring or operations is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle employee and client concerns professionally.
- Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee employees during the assigned shift.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and assignment to designated areas.
- Monitor employee attendance and shift schedules.
- Address employee concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Handle client concerns, requests, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with employees and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor manpower utilization and workflow throughout the shift.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, operational updates, and incident reports.
- Escalate important concerns to the appropriate supervisor or management.
- Ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations during the assigned shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
