• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (depending on account)
• Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, or services
• Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions in the system
• Meet quality and productivity standards

Full training will be provided. ⸻ No Experience? That’s Okay! If you’ve worked in jobs where you deal with customers, you already qualify. Examples:

• Service Crew
• Sales Associate
• Cashier
• Receptionist
• Online Seller / Chat Responder
• Fresh SHS or College Graduate

• Basic English communication skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite in Davao
• Open to shifting schedules
