? DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Coordinates and sets up international Ocean import including but not limited to liaising between client and carrier, prepares required documentation and sets up insurance.-Coordinates and sets up international Ocean export including but not limited to liaising between client and carrier, prepares required documentation and sets up insurance.
-Provides ocean quotes to clients and agents.
-Tracking & Tracing and updates client visible notes in CW accordingly.
-Administrative duties such as approving vendor tasks and billing.
-Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and carriers.
-Reviewing and adhering to export controls regulations & MIGRA Job Qualifications
? REQUIRED SKILLS
2 years related experience with strong knowledge of logisticsKnowledge of marine insurance
Knowledge of INCO terms
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
Ability to complete tasks in an effective and efficient manner
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and with high keying accuracy
Deductive reasoning and critical problem-solving skill
Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute
High accuracy and attention to detail ? NICE TO HAVE Cargowise knowledge/experience is an asset
Preferably a licensed customs broker
CIFFA Certified
DG Ocean Certified
