Mission
As the Senior Systems Engineer, you will build and maintain production-grade AI applications, data pipelines, and full-stack services across our three operating brands. Working closely with our Data & AI Lead, you will own deliverables end-to-end, from architecture through deployment, translating real business needs into scalable, reliable solutions. This is not a research or prototype role. You'll work directly with real business data and be expected to deliver production-ready systems that drive meaningful business impact. This position is open to candidates residing in the Philippines. 
Outcomes

• Deliver production-ready AI solutions. Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, LLM workflows, document processing systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and automation tools that solve real business problems across our three operating brands while consistently delivering high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Build scalable full-stack applications. Develop secure backend services in Python and TypeScript, REST APIs, and React-based user interfaces using clean, semantic HTML and CSS, delivering reliable applications with minimal production defects.
• Build reliable data platforms. Design and maintain PostgreSQL and Google BigQuery data pipelines that provide accurate, dependable data for AI applications and business operations while maintaining greater than 99% pipeline reliability.
• Operate a resilient cloud platform. Deploy and support applications on Google Cloud Platform using Cloud Run, Firebase, Firestore, and Google Cloud Storage while maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, greater than 99.9% application availability, and efficient cloud resource utilization.
• Build scalable business integrations. Architect SaaS and PaaS solutions and maintain REST API integrations with third-party platforms that support multiple operating brands while improving system reliability, observability, and responsible cloud cost management.
• Maintain engineering excellence. Deliver secure, well-documented code that follows engineering best practices, properly manages secrets, and proactively identifies architectural, security, and data privacy risks before they impact the business.
• Accelerate engineering through AI. Consistently leverage AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to improve development velocity, code quality, and engineering productivity while maintaining production-ready standards.
• Own delivery from architecture through deployment. Partner effectively with the Data & AI Lead and cross-functional stakeholders, participate in architectural decisions, collaborate asynchronously with a remote team aligned to U.S. business hours, and consistently deliver high-quality solutions from design through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 5+ years of software or systems engineering experience building and deploying production applications.
• Experience developing full-stack applications using Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML, and REST APIs.
• Experience designing and maintaining PostgreSQL and Google BigQuery databases, including schema design, query optimization, migrations, and analytical SQL.
• Experience deploying and operating applications on Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, Firebase, Firestore, Google Cloud Storage, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing SaaS or PaaS solutions and integrating third-party platforms through REST APIs.
• Experience building production AI applications using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience implementing secure software development practices, including least-privilege IAM, secrets management, and protection of sensitive data in production environments.
• Preferred: Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, multi-model LLM gateways, or workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Make.
• Preferred: Experience in real estate, financial data pipelines, investor reporting systems, or PDF generation and templated document rendering.
• Ability to work full-time and maintain significant overlap with U.S. business hours, including evening or overnight schedules as needed.

Remote Work Requirements

• Dedicated home office or professional remote work environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing and daily business operations.

Compensation

• Competitive Full-Time Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱160,000 PHP per month
