Mid Developer - C#, MVC, CSS, JavaScript

Build smart, scalable solutions. We’re looking for a Mid Developer with strong C# and .NET experience, plus front-end development capability using JavaScript frameworks. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working in agile teams, and creating engaging customer experiences, this role is for you.

Work Setup: Hybrid 2-3x a week onsite , Alphaland Corporate Tower, Makati City.

Role Overview

As our Mid Developer, you’ll contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of software applications. You’ll work closely with internal teams to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions while supporting a product-focused, agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse Requirements: Participate in requirements analysis and help translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Design and Build: Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design, architecture, and clean, stable code.

• Test and Deploy: Test, deploy, maintain, and improve applications and systems across the software development life cycle.

• Improve Existing Software: Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to improve performance, stability, and usability.

• Document the Work: Develop clear technical documentation throughout the SDLC.

• Support Applications: Provide technical support for applications as needed.

• Follow Best Practices: Apply code quality standards, development best practices, and software architecture patterns.

• Create Front-End Experiences: Build websites and front-end applications that support engaging customer experiences.

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a developer.

• Strong experience with C#, MVC, and CSS.

• Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow will be highly regarded.

• Exposure to .NET Core, JavaScript, Entity Framework, SQL, Web API, Web Services (SOAP), and XML/JSON.

• E xperience in RESTful API development or microservices.

• Familiarity with agile development processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to perform requirements analysis and discuss technical solutions effectively.

• Eagerness to learn and adopt industry trends.
