Sales Online Representative

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize online sales operations on TikTok Shop , Facebook, Instagram, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce marketing campaigns , promotions, and product launches.
- Handle product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly
- Coordinate and assist in live selling , online promotions, and influencer/affiliate campaigns
- Analyze sales performance, engagement, and conversion data to improve results
- Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithms, and platform policies
- Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth online operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in online sales and e-commerce management
- Strong background in TikTok Shop operations and social commerce
- Knowledgeable in social media marketing strategies and online selling tools
- Comfortable using analytics, dashboards, and performance reports
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
