Customer Service Representative - Korean language

Job description:
We are now seeking a Customer Service Representative who will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
This position requires extensive experience in customer service, as well as a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient online support to customers through chat, email, and other digital channels.
- Resolve customer issues related to the game, account management, and technical difficulties.
- Assist customers with understanding game features, rules, and promotions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive gaming experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably within the online gaming industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with online gaming platforms and a passion for gaming.
- Native Koreans currently living in the Philippines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends, as needed.
