Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Keep track of deadlines and ensure timely task completion.
Communication:
Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
Draft and proofread communication materials.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
Knowledge of scheduling tools and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
