Customer Service Representative (Cubao Site)

Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who can confidently assist customers, manage account-related concerns, provide accurate information, and deliver quality support in a fast-paced onsite environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with customer service experience in the BPO industry who are professional, patient, and comfortable handling different types of customer inquiries. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for resolving concerns, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through the assigned support channel.
• Assist customers with account concerns, service questions, billing inquiries, basic troubleshooting, or other customer support needs.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information based on account guidelines and company procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions, updates, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Follow proper escalation procedures for complex or unresolved concerns.
• Comply with account policies, quality standards, and customer service procedures.
• Meet performance expectations related to quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, empathy, and active listening in every customer interaction.
• Comfortably use computer systems, online tools, and multiple platforms needed for the role.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• With at least six (6) months of BPO experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling customer concerns through the assigned support channel.
• Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple tools.
• Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
