Hiring for Local CSR — Fixed Dayshift Schedule Account

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer service calls and live chats professionally
• Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document interactions clearly and follow standard operating procedures
• Maintain quality, productivity, and attendance standards
• Work on a fixed dayshift schedule for a local account
• Collaborate with team leads and support staff as needed
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies

Job Requirements

• College Graduates without BPO experience are welcome to apply
• 2nd year college level with at least 6 months BPO experience
• Average to Good communication skills
• Amendable working on site in  Gilmore, Quezon City
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
