Releasing Officer

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle company unit release procedures.
  • Maintain and encode accurate daily release reports in Google Drive.
  • Print invoices and chattel mortgages.
  • Ensure all documents are complete before unit releases.
  • Scan and upload release documents in Google Drive.
  • Request and monitor insurance records in Google Drive.
  • Assist clients with releasing documents.
  • Coordinate with the Comptroller Department for daily releases.
  • Segregate documents needed for LTO registration.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Receivable Department for document deficiencies transmitted to the bank.
  • Enter daily releases into the SAP system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Experience in office clerical works and documentation
  • Has basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Has basic knowledge of Gmail, GDrive
  • Has the ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality
