Data Integrity Officer
Grand Canyon Multi Holdings, Inc.
Qualifications:
- At least a graduate of any IT-related course
- With at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google workspace applications
- Knowledgeable in SAP, data management, file organization, and reporting
- With strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures data integrity of the information acquired from customers which will be encoded to the CIS form. Daily Accomplishment of Customer Information Sheet (CIS).
- Accomplishment of Customer Profile in SAP.
- Trouble shooting and resolving technical issue of the branch.
- Evaluating and recommending hardware and software solutions.
- Maintenance and daily upload of the CIS form with the company google drive.
- Maintains harmonious relationships with other department, distributor and other dealers.
- Attend meetings and training required by Management and Distributor.
Observes company policies, rules and regulations and standard operating procedures. Attendance (promptness and presence at work) is outstanding. - Leads by example.
