- Prepare and cook a variety of food items according to established recipes and menus.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of kitchen supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
- At least High School graduate
- Must have an experience relevant to the position and Japanese cuisine
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
