Senior .NET Developer

Location: Remote (Candidates must be within Philippines only)
Work arrangements:  Willing to support US time zones

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying .NET applications. This role requires expertise in .NET frameworks, C#, and related technologies, with a strong focus on creating robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Implement scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs, web applications, and backend systems.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs into existing applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with user interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
• Optimize application performance and scalability by profiling and refactoring code.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for development processes and solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on .NET technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications in .NET technologies (e.g., MCPD, MCSD) are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (optional but preferred).
• Knowledge of database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
