Sales Virtual Assistant Onsite Cebu Graveyard Shift

Location: JDN Square IT Center, Mandaue City, Cebu Schedule: Full-Time | Graveyard Shift (US Business Hours) Work Setup: Onsite About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, customer relationship management, and client communication. You will support a US-based client by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, managing pipelines, and assisting with daily sales operations. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, cold calls, and follow-up calls to prospective clients. Generate and qualify leads through various channels. Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team. Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client information. Follow up on leads, inquiries, proposals, and sales opportunities. Maintain and organize sales pipelines. Send emails and outreach campaigns to potential customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Assist with sales reporting and tracking performance metrics. Conduct market and prospect research. Support administrative tasks related to sales operations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up. Qualifications At least 2 years of Sales, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Customer Service experience. Experience working in a BPO, Virtual Assistant, or remote support environment is preferred. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar platforms. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude. Willing to work onsite in Cebu. Willing to work on a graveyard schedule aligned with US business hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting US-based clients. Background in appointment setting, sales support, or business development.
