Description Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related course With at least 5 years experience in construction/project management Can handle multiple projects and site coordination Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and manpower management Strong leadership and communication skills Can coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients Knowledgeable in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and reporting Preferably with experience in fit-out, residential, and commercial projects Can start immediately is an advantage Responsibilities Plan the project and create schedules Manage the budget and control costs Supervise workers, contractors, and suppliers Make sure materials and equipment arrive on time Ensure the work is done correctly and safely Solve problems and handle delays Communicate with clients, engineers, and architects Check that the project follows building rules and regulations Monitor progress until the project is completed
