Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Role Overview
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the complete annual planning process, conduct regular reforecasts, and develop long-term strategic financial plans.
- Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial, scenario, and DCF/ROI models to assess business cases and investment opportunities.
- Variance & Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), compare actual results with budgets and forecasts, and identify the key drivers of variances.
- Business Partnering: Work with department heads across Operations, Sales, and HR to monitor spending, manage headcount, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Leadership & Reporting: Manage, mentor, and review the work of FP&A analysts while presenting financial insights through executive reports and presentations for management.
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and financial planning tools.
- Strong communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
