Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Assistant to join our growing team. The role is responsible for assisting in the recovery of outstanding accounts while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients regarding overdue accounts via phone or other communication channels
- Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and resolutions
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- With good moral character and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional, culturally aware, and customer-focused
- Demonstrates problem-solving and forward-thinking attitude
- Computer literate (MS Word and Excel)
- SSS (E1 form Xerox copy)
- PhilHealth (PMRF Xerox copy)
- Pag Ibig (MID Form Xerox Copy)
- TIN (ID Xerox Copy)
- Latest NBI Clearance (Original Copy)
- Latest Drug Test Result (Original Copy)
- Latest Police Clearance (Original Copy)
- Latest Barangay Clearance (Original Copy)
