We’re looking for a motivated and highly organized individual to join our growing team as an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting daily operations across multiple functions, we’d love to hear from you. Job Title: Admin Assistant/Coordinator Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday Work Location: Five Ecom, MOA, Pasay City Salary: 25,000 PHP – 35,000 PHP Benefits: DOLE Standard Nationality: Filipino Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing: source suppliers and all processes
  • All around administrative works: Assist in inventory, Marketing, Sales, recruitment, car management, records, finance and others depends on the assigned tasks
  • Special Projects: Conducts background research, manages departmental databases, and assists in planning corporate events or others
  • Reporting: Provide progress report weekly, monthly and or as needed to the management
Qualifications: - At least 2-3 years of experience in Admin works or being Executive Assistant.
