Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Creative Vision and Technical Proficiency
  Ability to ideate, conceptualize, and execute innovative multimedia designs that engage and inspire; by showcasing expertise using multimedia software and tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with project management tools used for day-to-day tasks is preferred

  Understanding of marketing principles, creative strategy, and ability to identify and resolve design issues by developing multimedia content that support business goals

  Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts, both visually and verbally

What You’ll Do

• Crafting Compelling Multimedia Designs
  Conceptualize and produce innovative multimedia content that captivates audiences and drives engagement across various platforms
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and impactful output aligned with brand and business objectives
• Strategic Design Development
  Collaborate in the development and execution of design assets to support marketing campaigns
• Quality Assurance
  Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all published multimedia materials
• Timely Delivery of Projects
  Ensure that all multimedia projects are completed on time and while maintaining brand standards
• Effective Stakeholder Management
  Collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to align project objectives and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia arts, or creative direction, preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate marketing environment.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva. Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a strong plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute high-quality assets across digital and social platforms.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Asana, Monday.com , or Trello to meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership Readiness: Experience mentoring junior designers or leading the creative direction of specific campaigns, showing a readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of current design trends and how to translate brand values into visual stories that resonate in the fintech or wellness space.
