Financial Accountant

About the role
This is an important and hands-on role within the Group's global finance function. As the first finance hire in Manila, you will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a key member of the finance team and take ownership of a broad range of day-to-day accounting and financial activities. Working closely with colleagues in Europe and the UK, you will contribute to the financial management of Rippleffect Group across multiple entities and countries.
Key responsibilities
Post financial transactions
Perform account reconciliations
Support month-end processes
Maintain accurate and timely financial records
Contribute to financial reporting, analysis and control
Analyse costs and profitability by project and by client
Develop and maintain robust financial processes, accuracy and effective financial controls
About you
Professional accounting qualification (CPA or equivalent)
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
Willingness to take a hands-on approach to day-to-day accounting, including transaction processing and reconciliations
Interest in project and client-level cost and profitability analysis
Strong focus on financial processes, accuracy and control
Experience or training in audit
International experience, ideally in a multi-entity or multi-country environment
Familiarity with Sage Intacct accounting software
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team
