Retail Branch Manager

Description - Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of employees to achieve sales and service goals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the branch's products and services.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Work Ethic, Marketing, Teamwork, Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, After-Sales Management, Problem Solver
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to oversee various branch functions and manage team dynamics
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for meetings and events
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
