External Sourcing Associate (Work From Home)

- Will just endorse CVs for various positions to the Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Team
- Commission Based Only / Independent Contractor
- Php 1,500 per successfully hired referral given the following week
- Will inform you once your referred candidate has been hired by our client
- No necessary experience needed / open to all who are willing to be part of the sourcing team
- Under graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be passionate with sourcing of applicants even with limited resources, must be resourceful & willing to source applicants from Facebook - our leading source of hires every month
