Project Supervisor

Description - Oversee project execution from initiation to completion while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
- Coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and encourage collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in project management or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage team dynamics and foster a positive work environment.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment.
