In this role, you will serve as the **administrative advisor** to the regional Sales Team—supporting the Sales Manager of your assigned sales office and enabling informed, policy‑aligned decisions through efficient administrative and operational support. **Accountabilities:** * Manage Sales Files and ensure all documents are updated, organized, and easily accessible. * Execute administrative functions for the regional Sales leadership team—including preparing supply requisitions, maintaining stock inventory, and raising purchase orders—to ensure all necessary materials and resources are readily available. * Serve as the HR point of contact in the Sales Office, supporting HR-related inquiries, requirements, and coordination. * Plan and coordinate company events by liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution. * Manage travel arrangements for Directors, Managers, and visiting employees in the area. * Handle travel requirements for the Field Sales Force team, ensuring timely booking and processing of travel-related documents. **Skills and competencies** * College Degree * Organization & Time Management – Able to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines. * Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in documents, reports, and data entry. * Communication Skills – Clear written and verbal communication for emails, memos, and coordination. * Multitasking – Can handle several tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Professionalism & Confidentiality – Handles sensitive information responsibly. * Processing requests, supplies, and office logistics **Work Location: Subic Sales Office** **Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 8:30 AM** **Our above market practice on Compensation & Benefits provide you with:** * **Guaranteed 14th month pay** * **HMO coverage for you and your qualified dependents** * **PHP 10,000 annual medical reimbursement** * **Retirement Plan** * **Leave Conversion** At PMI, we are fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
