Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities - Promote and sell products to customers.
- Assist customers by providing accurate product information and recommendations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
- Replenish stocks and ensure shelves are fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low or out-of-stock items.
- Ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales and inventory reports as required.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or college level; a college degree is an advantage.
- Experience in sales, retail, or merchandising is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle light merchandise.
