- Assist in community outreach programs to support local development and welfare.
- Facilitate communication between the community members and local government or organizations.
- Conduct surveys and collect data to assess community needs.
- Organize events and workshops to promote community awareness on relevant issues.
- Provide support in the distribution of resources and services to underserved populations.
- Collaborate with local leaders to identify opportunities for community improvement.
- Help resolve community concerns by mediating conflicts and providing solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation of community activities and reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field is a plus).
- Experience in community work or volunteering is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Filipino and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local community issues and culture in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
- Organizational skills to manage events and resources effectively.
- Compassionate and empathetic with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to travel within the community and occasionally work weekends.
