Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related accounting and finance course.
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related accounting operations.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and reconciliation processes.
• Experienced in handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and general accounting support functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, and familiar with accounting systems or financial software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
• Capable of preparing and maintaining accounting records, reports, and supporting documents in an organized and timely manner.
• Knowledgeable in handling financial transactions, expense monitoring, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills in handling multiple accounting responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with management, clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Highly adaptable, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
• Results-oriented professional with willingness to learn, improve processes, and contribute to organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, data encoding, financial recording, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare and process invoices, billing statements, vouchers, and other accounting-related documents.
• Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions to ensure timely processing and accurate recording.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents for management review.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify accuracy of financial records and transactions.
• Maintain organized accounting files, records, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities including preparation of journal entries and account analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients regarding accounting concerns and payment-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in monitoring company expenses, cash flow, and operational financial transactions.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance department as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all financial and accounting information.
