Customer Support Representative - Solar Campaign

You will help customers eliminate the stress and hassle related to home maintenance services. We need individuals with at least 1 year experience with a strong focus on customer support who can think positively, solve problems, and deliver friendly, effective solutions.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, co-workers, and all levels of the organization.
- Provide timely updates and reporting as required.
- Identify and recommend improvements in service, product, procedures, and/or processes to support operational excellence and prevent recurring issues.
- Report any training needs, system errors, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to scheduled availability.
- Experience in the solar industry is an advantage
- Outbound calling background is a plus
- Good communication skills
