Treasury Accounting Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the efficient process of bank transactions and uploads.
- Prepares (CDV) Cash Disbursement Voucher.
- Received and monitor post-dated checks Process transfer of funds
- Timely monitoring of funds then verifies correction of check/cash received
- Importation and payment transactions.
- Processes check disbursement vouchers and check payments.
- Prepares check vouchers on all account payable invoices
- Prepares cash balance reports for all banks on a daily basis for management.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Banking and Finance
- At least two (2) years of related work experience from retail companies and related industries.
- Technology savvy, must be proficient in using accounting software.
- With above-average oral and written communication skills
- Numerate, must be analytical and with good problem-solving skills
- Can think logically and pay keen attention to details
- Must be a team player and with good interpersonal skills
