Job Title: Production / Warehouse Helper

Job Description:

A Production / Warehouse Helper assists in the daily operations of manufacturing and warehouse activities. The role involves supporting the production process, handling materials, packing finished goods, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area. The helper ensures that products are properly handled and prepared for storage or delivery while following company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and manufacturing process of products such as plastic items, paper products, food items, cans, and packaging materials (boxes and cardboard).
• Help in preparing raw materials and supplying them to the production line.
• Perform sorting, packing, labeling, and sealing of finished products.
• Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished goods in the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and warehouse area.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist in inventory checking, stock arrangement, and monitoring of materials .
• Support machine operators and production staff when needed.
• Report any damaged materials, machine issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors related to production or warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate .
• With or without work experience (experience in manufacturing or warehouse is an advantage).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials when required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, or weekends if necessary .
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment .
