Canteen Staff - Cook

Grupo Merlo is looking for a cook who will be responsible for purchasing ingredients, preparing and serving meals based on the daily menu, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to the daily menu.
Purchase, receive, and monitor kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Serve meals while ensuring quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Maintain inventory and prepare basic purchasing and stock reports.
Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, organized, and in good condition.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate with 1 year of experience in cooking, food preparation, or the food service industry.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
Organized, dependable, and able to manage kitchen supplies.
Physically fit and willing to work on a Monday–Saturday schedule.
