Responsible for performing general building maintenance, including repairs, troubleshooting, and upkeep of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other facility equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment.
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
