JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese candidates who are proficient in both Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in gaming operations, business development, or a related role within the Philippine gaming industry.
- Experience in game or product scouting, vendor/provider relationship management, and sponsorship or event coordination.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine gaming market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scout and identify trending online games, game developers, and gaming platforms from the Chinese market and other international regions.
- Conduct competitor analysis by monitoring newly launched games, game features, promotional campaigns, monetization strategies, and player engagement initiatives.
- Research gaming industry trends, player preferences, and emerging technologies to provide actionable market insights that support business growth.
- Prepare comprehensive market intelligence reports and present findings and recommendations to the Product, Operations, and Management teams.
- Coordinate and communicate with Mandarin-speaking game providers, partners, and vendors regarding game sourcing, product updates, and business requirements.
- Evaluate potential game titles based on gameplay quality, profitability, localization requirements, market demand, and user engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming providers and business partners to support strategic collaborations.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and recommend initiatives to strengthen the company's gaming portfolio.
