At PwC, our Managed Services teams operate and continuously improve enterprise data and analytics platforms. As a Data Engineer – Experienced Associate, you will design, build, and optimize Informatica based data integration solutions while supporting operational reliability and continuous improvement. Focused on relationships, you build meaningful client connections and deepen technical expertise. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you anticipate stakeholder needs and deliver quality outcomes within a managed services environment. - Respond effectively to diverse stakeholders' requirements.
- Break down complex data integration challenges using critical thinking.
- Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Develop awareness of business objectives and evolving client needs.
- Uphold professional and technical standards and governance requirements.
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica (PowerCenter or IICS).
- Develop mappings, workflows, and session configurations.
- Implement incremental and CDC-based data processing patterns.
- Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot data integration issues.
- Integrate Informatica with cloud storage and data warehouses.
- Support production monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Minimum Degree Required (BQ): Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1 to 3 year(s)
- Required Knowledge/Skills (BQ): Oral and written proficiency in English
- Strong Informatica PowerCenter or IICS experience.
- Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and basic Python scripting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
