Description - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Team Player, Customer Service.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong Work Ethic, Problem Solver.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Sales Training and product management.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
