Farmer

Responsibilities:

• Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, vegetables, and fruits for resort and kitchen consumption.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as required to maintain healthy crops.
• Monitor farm supplies and request necessary materials such as seeds, fertilizers, soil, and other farming tools when needed.
• Ensure proper care, watering, and maintenance of all planted vegetables, fruits, and farm areas.
• Produce sufficient vegetables and fruits needed for kitchen and resort operations.
• Assist guests during farm activities such as vegetable picking and other related agri-tourism activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm areas, tools, and storage.
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions from the supervisor.
• Perform other farm-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• With or without experience but willing to be trained.
• Physically active and hardworking.
• Willing to work outdoors under the sun or rain.
• Can work long hours when needed.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
