Description - Coordinate and manage financial transactions and travel arrangements for the organization.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, including travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Communicate with travel vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best rates and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial and travel-related documents.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial management and travel coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, proactive, and reliable team player.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for vendor meetings or site visits.
