Appointment Setter (Office-Based |Site: Sto. Domingo, Angeles City) Location: Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga Work Schedule: Permanent Morning Shift (Australian Time) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups. Schedule appointments for the sales team. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients. Accurately update customer information in the CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar role. Experience with outbound cold calling is an advantage. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented. Basic knowledge of CRM systems is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga. Can start immediately.
