Appointment Setter / Sales Support Specialist Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and industry contacts
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Support sales initiatives through lead qualification and relationship-building
- Gather detailed project information and accurately document findings
- Communicate professionally with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and decision-makers
- Follow established scripts, processes, and qualification guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities
- Track and manage leads through CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, appointment, and performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and appointment management

- Strong interpretation skills to identify needs beyond what is explicitly stated
