Key responsibilities
- Post job ads on job portals and social media platforms
- Source and engage candidates through job portals and events
- Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
- Track hiring metrics and maintain accurate recruitment reports
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and job offers
- Ensure compliance with employment laws (including POEA regulations)
- Maintain candidate database and complete recruitment documentation
- Facilitate applicant orientations and coordinate with partner institutions
- Monitor recruitment trends and submit timely reports
- Perform additional tasks as assigned and maintain punctual attendance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology (RPm preferred), Business Administration, Management and any related course
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment (BPO/Healthcare/International Agency)
- Strong English communication skills
- Amenable to work full-time onsite in General Maxilom Avenue (Mango Avenue), Cebu
