1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accountancy, or related field
2. Experience in payroll processing (manual & digital)
3. Knowledge of government-mandated benefits & compliance
4. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and discreet with employee data
6. Experience in recruitment and hiring
Functions:
1. Prepare and process employee payroll (manual/system)
2. Handle timekeeping, attendance, and leave records
3. Ensure accurate computation of deductions and benefits
4. Maintain payroll files and employee records
5. Assist in HR/admin tasks as needed
