- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information through phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in resolving concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Ensure high-quality service by adhering to company policies and performance standards.
- At least a Senior High School (SHS) or High School Graduate.
- With or without prior CSR experience
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC or Eastwood and willing to work on a dayshift or shifting schedule.
