Job Summary
The Quality Assurance (QA) is responsible for ensuring that products, services, or processes meet established quality standards and customer expectations. This role involves monitoring, testing, evaluating, and improving quality throughout the production or development lifecycle, while identifying issues and working with teams to implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards, processes, and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement
- Document test results, quality issues, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, production, operations) to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry standards
Qualification
- Completion of at least 2 years of college in a related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
