Building Maintenance Technician

Description - Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and facilities
- Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Assist in the upkeep of grounds, buildings, and equipment
- Respond to service calls and perform troubleshooting
- Document maintenance activities and report issues to management
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of building maintenance practices
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
- Working Conditions: Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions
