About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, SaaS solutions, and HubSpot CRM.
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the U.S. market through cold calling, strategic prospecting, and lead qualification. We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with excellent English communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience building relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Make 50 to 100 cold calls per day to generate new business opportunities.
- Prospect and engage decision-makers within companies across the U.S. market.
- Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Manage the prospecting process through phone calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Business Development
B2B Sales
Commercial Prospecting
Lead Generation
- Proven experience with cold calling and outbound sales prospecting.
- Previous experience selling SaaS solutions.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM on a daily basis.
- Advanced English (C1 level or higher) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
