Accounting Assistant for Accounts Payable
Onsite, Caloocan Plant
Responsibilities :
- Process invoice for approval
- Timely processing of payment to suppliers
- Process utilities, communication, rentals, subscriptions, prof fee, etc.
- Prepares schedule for monthly and annual expanded tax, accounts payable, and aging of payables
- Prepares creditable withholding tax
- Daily update of manual books of account
Qualifications :
- Graduate of any business-related course
- At least 1 year of experience in handling accounts payable
- Experience with the NetSuite Oracle system is a plus but not required
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
