Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. Ultimately, the duty of a Sales Associate is to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the company's sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
- Actively seek out clients in their assigned area
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Promote other potential products that the client might be interested in
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any course
- With or without work experience in sales
- With pleasing personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
- Willing to do field work around Metro Manila
- Honest and Fast learner
- Able to drive motorcycle or car and with driver’s license is an advantage
