Position Summary:
The UAV Sales Representative provides administrative, sales, and coordination support to the sales and technical teams in promoting and delivering UAV solutions. This role focuses on client communication, quotation preparation, tender monitoring, technical coordination, and sales documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily sales operations and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to emails, client inquiries, and sales-related communications.
- Track opportunities through PhilGEPS and other tender or procurement platforms.
- Analyze drone specifications and customer requirements to support proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with engineers for technical clarifications, product suitability, and solution recommendations.
- Liaise with management for approvals, pricing confirmation, and sales updates.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to clients for coordination and relationship management.
- Perform regular follow-ups on quotations, proposals, and ongoing sales transactions.
- Support logistics coordination, including delivery scheduling, documentation, and order tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field .
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service is an advantage (open to fresh graduates and career shifters).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of UAV/drone technology or willingness to learn technical specifications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
