- Stay updated with product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and problem-solving oriented
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Working Conditions: Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends
